Each Fenix & Ember order is thoughtfully pulled, curated, and packed just for you. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and selected shipping method. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your package on its way to you.

Fenix & Ember Curated is not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, or packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If a shipping issue occurs, please reach out and I’ll do my best to help you determine the next steps with the carrier.
