Mystery Products
Fenix & Ember Curated offers mystery bundles, mystery games, Special Edition items, and other products where the exact item or combination of items received may not be known before purchase.
By purchasing a mystery product, you acknowledge and accept the surprise nature of the product.
Product photos, examples, videos, and descriptions are intended to represent the types of items that may be available and do not guarantee that a particular item, color, style, design, or theme will be included in your order.
Curated Mystery Bundles
When applicable, customers may provide preferences to help guide the curation of their order.
We will make reasonable efforts to consider the preferences provided, but preferences are not guarantees of specific items, colors, styles, or designs.
Items included in mystery pulls are based on available inventory at the time your order is prepared.
Fenix Finds & Special Editions
Eligible mystery deck pulls may reveal a Fenix Find, which provides a Special Edition item according to the rules of the mystery deck.
Fenix Finds are chance-based and are not guaranteed with the purchase of a mystery bundle.
Purchasing a Special Edition Add-On does not increase, decrease, replace, or otherwise affect your chance of receiving a Fenix Find through the mystery deck.
If your deck pull reveals a Fenix Find and you purchased a Special Edition Add-On, you will receive both.
Mystery Pen & Bracelet Games
Mystery game purchases provide the number of pulls associated with the option selected at checkout.
Pen Game
- Flicker — 5 pulls
- Flame — 10 pulls
Bracelet Game
- Cinder — 5 pulls
- Blaze — 10 pulls
Each mystery pull reveals the item contained in the selected mystery bag.
Special tokens may also be hidden within eligible games.
A Flame Token awards one additional mystery bag.
A Fenix Token awards two additional mystery bags.
If an additional mystery bag contains another eligible token, the applicable bonus may continue.
Token availability and placement are random. Purchasing additional pulls does not guarantee that a token will be found.
Product Availability
Products, designs, colors, inventory, Special Edition selections, and mystery-game contents may change based on availability.
We reserve the right to substitute unavailable items with another item of comparable type or value when reasonably necessary to fulfill an order.
Orders & Payment
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due at the time an order is placed. Orders are not considered complete until payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary due to inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, misuse of promotions, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order as intended.
If Fenix & Ember Curated cancels a paid order that has not been fulfilled, the applicable amount paid will be refunded.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
Processing times, shipping responsibilities, carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, and address-related issues are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Because of the mystery and curated nature of our products, mystery pulls, games, bundles, and Special Edition items are generally final sale.
Receiving a mystery item that is not your preferred color, style, design, or item does not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 calendar days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date.
Order cancellations are only available before pulling, curating, or preparation of the order has begun.

Promotions & Discounts
Promotional codes, discounts, special offers, and giveaways may be subject to additional terms.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively to previous purchases.
We reserve the right to correct, cancel, or refuse a promotion that has been used fraudulently or contrary to its stated terms.
Intellectual Property
The Fenix & Ember Curated name, original branding, logos, graphics, written materials, product photography, videos, and other original shop content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
Third-party products, characters, artwork, trademarks, or brands remain the property of their respective owners.
Limitation of Responsibility
Fenix & Ember Curated will make reasonable efforts to accurately describe products and safely prepare orders.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fenix & Ember Curated is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or misuse of products purchased through our shop.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer protection laws.

Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated as Fenix & Ember Curated grows, introduces new products or games, or changes its business practices.
